Prem P. Gogia, DPT, PhD
President & CEO
Prem P. Gogia, DPT, PhD, has about 30 years of experience in health care delivery system. He received a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Texas Woman's University, Houston, Texas.
Dr. Gogia also earned a Master of Health Science (MHS) degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University, St.Louis, Missouri. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, Illinois. Dr. Gogia has published 21 research/special interest papers in professional journals. Besides contributing a few chapters to books, he is an author of three books entitled "Clinical Orthopedic Tests", "Clinical Wound Management", and "Clinical Alzheimer Rehabilitation" (published in 2007).
Prior to joining Legend Health Staffing as President/CEO, he held various clinical and management positions including Clinical Director of Rehabilitation Services at Park Plaza Hospital in Houston , and served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Gogia has extensive management experience in home health, physical rehabilitation, durable medical equipment, and assisted living facilities.
